Gain an understanding of the challenges and the common mistakes often made when using social media marketing to extend your brand worldwide.

At the first of our global business seminars for 2017, we will hear from The SMF Group and PAB Language Centres about how to communicate overseas through social media and why you should have cultural awareness.

Mili Ponce, Managing Director at The SMF Group, will explain how to deal with language barriers and social media accounts management, cultural content barriers, expectations from the countries you are approaching and the importance of where you create social media accounts and the success of your strategy depending on the country you are targeting.

Iwona Lebiedowicz, Managing Director at PAB Language Centre Ltd, will help you to develop a truly engaging and responsive communication style leading to positive results for you and your company. This will include understanding behaviour so you can communicate more effectively and the barriers and obstacles you may face.
Iwona will also provide a summary of tips on communicating effectively with non-English speakers.

After this seminar you are invited to stay on at the Global Business Networking session from 5.00-7.00pm where you will be able to speak to the presenters individually and have any questions answered.
