Sohini Biswas and Desi Gray from SKAT Limited has been shortlisted as a finalists in the National Business Women Awards and Best Business Women Awards. SKAT Limited is dedicated to create opportunities within the Early Years Education sector with the vision to develop the early years community to inspire a future of possibilities.

SKAT started as a recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent placement solutions to both clients and candidates. During COVID we understood the importance of enhancing the skills of our workforce and the whole community and decided to start the SKAT Training Academy. We encourage the early years community to advance their professional development and exceptional childcare practice by offering paediatric and first aid training courses to support their growth and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

SKAT Academy offers first aid courses along with many other online and blended courses for all individuals and businesses.

During these challenging and uncertain times, we’re proud to support the critical service our local air ambulance charity provides to save lives. Throughout the year, we’ll be undertaking fundraising activities to fund lifesaving first aid equipment for the crews saving lives and supporting front-line emergency services across East Anglia.
