Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce announce Jason Mashinchi as new Board Member

The Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce is delighted to announce that Jason Mashinchi has been appointed to the Chamber Board effective immediately.

Representing 60,023 businesses across the county and 238,600 employees, the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce give businesses a voice at the top table, champions their needs and highlights key issues to decision makers at local and national levels.

As founder and Managing Director of Cambridge Kinetics – a software development company focusing on AI-powered workflow management – Jason joins at a time when the Chamber Board have set an ambitious agenda with priorities focused on driving sustainable growth, enhancing skills and talent, advocacy and representation, fostering collaboration and innovation, and supporting international trade.

Speaking of the appointment, Jason said: “I’m delighted to have been asked to join the Board of Directors of the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce at such an exciting time. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in – collaborating with local businesses, championing innovative ideas, and contributing to the growth of our region.”

Jason holds a first-class degree in Computer Science and a distinction in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing, and Management from the University of Cambridge. He founded Cambridge Kinetics at just 24, with a mission to empower organisations to achieve more through user-centric software. In 2024, he was named Young Business Person of the Year at the SME National Business Awards.
