Bill Brogan

Bill is Catering and Conference Manager at St John's College, Cambridge.

Before moving to Cambridge he worked for P&O including two years in Japan, and worked for ICI before this, looking after senior visitors across the UK.

He has won a Michelin Star and a Catey Award - the oscar of the hospitality industry - and has been in the top three nominated for Manager of the Year twice. Bill is a trained Chef and has also worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in London.

His hobbies are food and wine, travel - especially to Asia - and sport.

Bill is also an active member of the China-British Business Council.
