Simon Crosland

Simon has experience of senior commercial and general management coupled with several years of involvement with SMEs, both as owner and consultant.

Starting in sales and sales management with Procter and Gamble, Simon developed his FMCG career at Jeyes (at the early stage of the MBO from Cadbury), holding management roles in UK sales and marketing, acquisitions and environmental affairs, followed by the commercial leadership of the International Division.

After a period as Sales and Marketing Director of pbi (garden and agrochemicals), Simon moved to general management, running a division of Allied Bakeries (ABFplc), followed by a senior management role in supply chain and logistics with TDG plc.

In recent years years Simon has been both owner and adviser in the SME sector, working with a variety of start up and established businesses in B2C and B2B, including food, garden products, information services, bio-medical and technology.
