2nd Festival of Smart Work – introducing Smart Towns and Villages
Innovation loves a Crisis and 2020 saw our business world turned upside down. We’re ready to launch a pivotal concept for the UK!
About this Event:
Virtual and Face to Face
One common sense reason to pivot a business is difficulty generating sustainable revenue and crisis like the one we’re living through, invariably leads to innovation.
In conjunction with the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, the 2nd Festival of Smart Work, The Smart Working Revolution, Bridgetech Group, Business Brain and Wooo share case studies and stories about how our Clients have pivoted their business and are now pivoting their workforce too to become much more agile.
But it’s our Guest Speaker line up that is amazing:
Kim Conchie – CEO of the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce welcomes everyone to the 2nd Festival of Smart Work
Greg Reed – CEO of Homeserve shares what he learned about Leadership and Engagement through Lockdown
Nicola Millard – BT Futurist and Smart Working Royalty will test the limits of your growth mindset with her vision of the future of work
Steve Sullivan – CEO of Channel Doctors share stories and case studies about GDPR and distributed teams
And then we have Georgie Harrison, a local entrepreneur, Co Founder of Roamey – a multi-sided platform for Activity, Restaurant and Accommodation Providers. Roamey has two unique, innovative features, taking the boring out of organising and makes decisions seamless, fresh and fun. But the most interesting bit of Georgie’s story is that she also become an artist during lockdown and is now displaying her artwork in 5 Art galleries!
We’ll have a virtual gallery of Georgie’s work and virtual breakout discussions over coffee.
Meanwhile Smart Matching Ltd will share the work they are involved with training up cohorts of Smart Teams to work flexibly from Cornwall.
Dip in and out throughout the day as you like.
Reserve your place – it going to be fun!
