Cybersecurity Fundamentals: What every Golf Club needs to know
With cybersecurity threats continuing to become more sophisticated and no organisation being immune, we thought it was important to host a session for golf clubs in our region to help them prepare for and overcome cybersecurity threats. It will be a breakfast briefing at The Gog Magog Golf Club, Great Shelford, starting at 8:30am until around 11am. We will be joined by experts from The Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre (ECRC), run by the 7 police forces of the eastern region, and Sophos, a global leader in cybersecurity, to explain the threat to the UK economy from cyber-criminals and provide the best tips and strategies. We will explain that Golf Clubs are being specifically targeted and why that is.
There will also be the chance to register for a free breach awareness report on the day of the event, which will highlight any vulnerabilities and if any of your sensitive data is currently exposed on the dark web.
There are more details of what to expect on the day and a form to register for the event at the following page: https://www.intergence.com/event/cybersecurity-for-golf-clubs
