Purpose of the Workshop

The purpose of the workshop is to introduce a method of structured thinking to individuals who are entrepreneurs (or who would like to be entrepreneurs). The process of structured thinking will assist entrepreneurs in planning the early phase of their enterprise, or how to put their existing enterprise on a stronger strategic and marketing foundation to help them build a competitive advantage. It is based on the notion that successful entrepreneurs generally use the scientific method in the early stages of their businesses. Once they have tested their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) they then either adapt and retest the MVP or they scale up the business. It is our view that strategic level training should come before functional training such as finance training.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes
