Alongside his work in hospitality, Gez is the co-founder of PrismStart, an organisation supporting people facing barriers to employment, and has developed strong links between businesses, recruitment, training and employment. His experience offers a unique perspective on how investing in people can ultimately lead to better businesses and better customer experiences.
