Our new and FREE* care skills bootcamp offers a fast-track introduction into Green Transport.
Covering topics such as:
– Electric/Hybrid vehicle routine maintenance
– Understanding the hazards surrounding Electric/Hybrid vehicles
– Learning how to work safely and prepare the vehicle when carrying out maintenance
– Electric/ Hybrid vehicle system repair and replacement
– How to carry out repairs on high energy electrical systems
– How to record information and make suitable recommendations on hybrid/electric vehicles
Resulting in a Level 3 IMI Hybrid Electric Vehicle Qualification
Whilst there are no academic entry requirements for the course, you MUST be aged 19 or over and meet the following depending on your campus:
– You must also be unemployed (or employed with an interest in changing careers to work in the green transport/electric vehicle sector).
– You should also be able to work in the UK and meet our general residency criteria.
All Wisbech campus bootcamps are 10 weeks long starting on the 12th January, Monday and Wednesday evenings 5:30pm- 8:30pm.
