From Classroom to Career: Delivering Growth through Lifelong Learning in England
Delivering Growth & Productivity Report
This report sets out a practical plan to create a stronger lifelong learning system. It calls on government to create better conditions for employer investment in skills, strengthen the Lifelong Learning Entitlement through a clear co-investment model, and provide long-term support for local skills brokerage through Local Skills Improvement Plans. It also argues for closer alignment between careers advice, employment support and local labour market needs.
