Michael Tolond
Company Secretary
Michael is a Chartered Secretary and a London University graduate.
He has worked in a succession of senior company secretarial positions with a number of PLCs. He has worked independently since 1992 as a Business Advisor for GPTEC, Business Link, Clerk to the governors of two further education colleges and as a Business Trainer providing legal training courses for business schools in the UK and overseas and for various UK companies. He also acts as Company Secretary to a number of companies in the public and private sector.
Michael’s interests include theatre, cinema, writing and researching on the business of football, watching Liverpool Football Club win and playing veterans football. Michael is married with two children.
