We are looking for dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team who will focus on content creation, social media management, newsletter and email campaigns, coordination of video and photography and report on analytics.
Campaigns and Social Media
- Ability to build and deliver campaigns
- Building the value proposition of Chamber membership using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Ensure that new followers on social media platforms are passed to membership as leads
- Respond efficiently and professionally to enquiries using online platforms
- Preparation of social media content for the Chamber proposition
- Work with the Engagement Manager to deliver policy campaigns, surveys, reports and events.
Analytics
- Measure and evaluate the success of digital marketing activities and website
- Access Social Media Analytics to help determine success in terms of conversion rate analysis.
Creative
- Design of materials to support the promotion of the Chamber proposition
- Lead the production of the quarterly Chamber magazine ‘connected’ and ensure promotion through social media channels and commercial viability
- Supporting the Events & Training Manager with event promotion including the design and distribution of speaker and sponsor graphics
- Creation/updating of website content including the approval of member content
- Create and edit video content.
Functions
- Work with the appropriate Board Directors, CEO and wider colleagues to produce the weekly update emails
- Create Press Releases as required to promote events and policy updates
- Regular cleanse and upkeep of a robust media list for local news and trade publications
- Manage outbound press engagement with press, radio and television to share appropriate news and activities on behalf of the Chamber
- Attend Chamber events as required and have a social media presence
- Accurately maintaining and updating the CRM (customer relationship. management) system ensuring bounce back and changes are passed to the membership team for follow-up
- Provide quality content for monthly staff meetings that can be used to advise the Board
- Ensure working guidelines are kept up to date to ensure we retain ISO9001 accreditation
- Be proficient in answering in-coming calls and handling general enquiries.
