At our Business Breakfast you have the opportunity to meet new business connections through our popular safari networking. The relaxed but structured format offers guests the opportunity to move around the room and form connections with new business contacts from a wide range of industry sectors.

What is Safari Networking?
You will move around three different tables, taking two minutes at each one to make those initial introductions with everyone and explain what sets your business apart from its competitors. For the tables you don't meet on your circuit, there is time for additional networking over a full english breakfast.

After breakfast we'll hear from Kath Howell, Director at The Terrier Group.

Kath Howell is a management consultant with a background in Lean & business transformation, as well as having previously been an Operations Director. Kath approaches the subject of Employee Engagement (traditionally associated with the HR Agenda) from a different perspective, with it being fundamental to the performance of an organisation.
It should be on the agenda of all senior leadership and as she will testify, the interventions required to achieve it, extend beyond HR strategy.
