Investing in Employee Wellbeing
Employee wellbeing is now a key issue that companies are striving to address. Let's be honest, a happy and engaged workforce = increased productivity and employee loyalty and retention. If companies are willing to invest in employee wellbeing then workers are more likely to strive towards business goals and achieve greater revenue against targets. Who doesn't want better cohesive teams, improved working environments as well as happy and healthy individuals in the workplace! Join us with our expert speakers and continue the conversation over the networking session!
Our first guest speaker Emily West from design and marketing agency, made, will explain how the Swedish ethos of 'Lagom' will transform your working environment, team wellbeing and work-life balance and why a six hour working day is 'just right'.
Our second speaker Darren Lawrence, Business Coach
How do we know when wellbeing strategies have worked? Is the concept of wellbeing a fad or is it here to stay? In this interactive and thought provoking discussion, Darren will draw from his own personal experience and examples from different organisations to address these questions.
