Chamber announces new Chairman

Mary Currie-Smith was elected as Chairman of Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce at their recent AGM.

She has served on the Chamber board as a Director for four years and as a vice-chair for the past 12 months and is delighted to be stepping up to the post of Chair. She is also on the committee for the Cambridge & South Cambs Chamber and partner at business recovery specialists Begbies Traynor.

Speaking of her appointment Mary Currie-Smith, Chairman of Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, said:
“I am looking forward to working even more closely with members and helping them connect, support and grow their businesses. The Chamber continues to play a vital role in supporting our members around a whole host of issues, which in turn enables them to concentrate on doing what they do best – running their companies.
