On Thursday 1 November join an interactive mini-workshop, over breakfast with Turning Factor to learn more about behavioural barriers and explores how silos can prevent people working together.


Run by Cambridge Network member, Turning Factor, as a taster session for one of its Learning Collaboration courses, the workshop (8.00am for 8.30am start, end by 10.00am) on Thursday 1 November at the Hauser Forum (3 Charles Babbage Road, CB3 0GT) explores how silos can prevent people working together, to the detriment of business growth, and considers how they can be overcome.

Join this workshop to:

- Find out what behavioural and process barriers are, and how they develop
- Learn how you can generate trust in the workplace
- Understand how to encourage cross-functional working
- Look at the actions your leadership, management and staff can take to create a productive workplace.
