Showcasing Cambridgeshire’s Expertise at Europe’s Largest Recovery Event
The recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine has become the largest economic project in Europe in decades with estimates already reaching hundreds of billions of dollars, and long-term needs exceeding $1 trillion. From rebuilding critical infrastructure to modernising energy systems and developing new housing and industrial capacity, the scale of the challenge and the opportunity remains immense.
The Cambridgeshire Chamber of Commerce took part in ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy, held on 13–14 November 2025 at EXPO XXI in Warsaw. Now in its fifth edition, the exhibition once again proved to be the key meeting platform for governments, international investors, Ukrainian municipalities, and businesses focused on Ukraine’s reconstruction.

- Workshops led by Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Environment & Agriculture
- The Ukrainian Subsoil Wealth Conference
These sessions provided valuable insight into procurement pipelines, financing mechanisms, and the specific needs of communities across Ukraine.
Our Role and Commitment
