Princebuild Charity Event – £32,500 raised!

A charity event organised by local construction firm Princebuild, and supported by main sponsor Marsh Commercial, has raised an outstanding £32,500 for Helping Our Ukrainian Friends and the NSPCC. Blingo was held on Friday 17 October at the Holiday Inn Peterborough drew a full house and delivered its highest total to date.

The event was led by Princebuild’s CEO and current Business Person of the Year, Matthew Pudney, together with his team. Speaking after the event, Matthew said the figure was “a testament to the generosity that exists within this city and the willingness of people to get behind causes that matter.”

Guests enjoyed a mix of bingo, live entertainment and fundraising activities, with celebrity appearances from Peter Andre, Bobby Davro, Barry Fry, Nicole Lawrence and Kev Lawrence helping to drive the energy in the room and boost donations.

Organisers thanked all guests for their support, along with the companies who sponsored the event and made the night possible.

The £32,500 raised will be shared between Helping Our Ukrainian Friends and the NSPCC, supporting vital work both locally and internationally, and taking the total amount raised by Princebuild for good causes this year to more than £80,000.
