Membership & Growth Manager
Tracy joined the Chamber team this April as Membership & Growth Manager and brings with her a wealth of experience working within the SME and non-profit sectors.
She has been self-employed for over 13 years by running her own marketing agency in Peterborough. More recently she gained valuable experience in working within non-profit organisations across various roles including on strategic marketing, internal and external marketing communications and campaign management.
Tracy’s position as Membership & Growth Manager will play a key role in membership retention and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction and churn rate. She also heads the team in membership recruitment, managing membership relations, member programs, and membership-focused events within the Cambridgeshire area.
Historically, she started her career within the Chamber of Commerce movement, having spent six years working in South Derbyshire as Membership Manager. During her time there she launched the first ever Patron scheme, which subsequently was rolled out through the Chamber network.
She also gained a Diploma in Digital & Direct Marketing from The Institute of Digital & Direct Marketing in 2015.
