Chair, Business Women's Sector

I am equipped with over 25 years’ experience and expertise in the skills, learning and employment sector. I am qualified to MBA level, my capabilities reflect leadership roles in the public and private sector. I have experience of running my own business, Company Board Member, college lecturer, trainer, NVQ assessor and executive coach and have worked extensively with a range of sectors including, education, voluntary, health, finance and rural.

I work for Peterborough Regional College and have an amazing role supporting the Colleges growth plans including leading on the work with current subsidiary companies and future acquisitions. I also work with a range of employers and sectors within the City and beyond on behalf of the College supporting growth through work force planning and skills development. In my role within the College there are no two days the same and I am delighted to be able to work with the Chamber and chair the Women’s Business Sector group for Cambridgeshire. I am passionate about learning and encouraging others to reach their full potential both in their professional and personal pursuits. My approach is based in my profound belief in people and their capacity for development and change.

I am a fellow and ambassador of the Chartered Management Institute and I am chair of CP Trust a charity supporting individuals to reach and achieve their goals.
