Rachel Cutinho

Events & Training Coordinator

Rachel brings a fresh, creative spark to our events and training programmes, combining sharp organisation with a flair for delivering engaging, memorable experiences. She holds a Master’s in Project Management (with Distinction) from the University of Northampton and completed a dual study in Commerce and ACCA, giving her a strong foundation in both business and strategic thinking. Rachel balances structure with imagination, turning ideas into impactful, people-focused initiatives.

Her journey into the world of work started long before her formal career. While still at university, Rachel ran a small business on Instagram, launched a lifestyle blog, dabbled in YouTube, and offered freelance content writing—all driven by her curiosity to explore, learn, and create. She’s a natural visual thinker who loves making things not just functional, but beautiful and memorable.

Before joining the Chamber, Rachel contributed to various research and community-led projects, gaining practical experience in collaboration, event planning, and communications. These hands-on roles shaped her approach today, where she designs and delivers meaningful events and training that connect people, spark growth, and build confidence.

A proud Gen Z voice in the workplace, Rachel is passionate about helping young people bridge the gap between education and industry. Through the Chamber’s Next Gen initiative, she’s working to make sure more young talent feels seen, supported, and ready to step into the professional world.

When she’s not curating events or crafting new ideas, Rachel is often behind the camera, painting, blogging, cooking, or knee-deep in a creative DIY project.
