Launch of the Skills Commitment Partnership

September 19, 2023

The Skills Commitment Partnership (Partnership) is a vehicle for collective action in response to the issues identified within the approved Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP).

The Chamber (with support from Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority), will bring together groups of key stakeholders to take action on priorities identified within the (LSIP). This will be via the creation of a ‘Skills Commitment Partnership’ (Partnership).

Four ‘Partnership Groups’ will be formed, each consisting of a range of stakeholders who will focus on coordinating action on the key priorities identified within the LSIP. This includes recommendations that are sector specific, as well as cross sector themes including digitalisation, green/low-carbon, communications, skills brokerage and careers.
