WLP have a new addition to the team!

We are extremely pleased to announce the arrival of Lydia Stephens to our growing team of specialists.
Lydia joined the team in August 2020 bringing with her a vast knowledge of working in the health and social care sector.
Before joining WLP she achieved success as a General Manager of two Private hospitals and then became an independent consultant providing interim management service in both the NHS and private sector. She has carried out staff re structuring, led on implementing change projects and improved patient care, processes and practices. She is a people person and believes mentoring and coaching enhances performance and success in any business.
