Avoiding Burnout in 2022
It’s nearly two years since we went into our first lockdown, at the time many of us thought Covid-19 would be a short-term problem. Yet here we are facing continued uncertainty and insecurity about the future. Everyone has been affected in some way by the pandemic, and now we need to focus on helping avoid burnout for our people and our businesses.
Employers need to focus their resources on developing and retaining talented, diverse teams of people and inspiring collaborative working in ways that we have never had to consider before.
In this online session we will discuss:
- How can you support people who are anxious about coming back to a shared work environment?
- Are your managers aware of how to spot the signs of remote worker exhaustion?
- How can you make reduced office space work for your people?
Jacqui Kemp of Your People Potential Ltd & Jo Boyd of Marshalls of Cambridge, committee members of the HR and Recruitment Sector Group, will share with you their understanding of the issues created by Covid-19, and some insights into what you can do to support your people and what Marshalls are doing to encourage smart working while supporting continued hybrid working.
