Championing Business: Time for Optimism
We are living through an extremely difficult year – difficult for most businesses and difficult for most people and their families. And, the prospects for the next 6-12 months are not at all clear. It’s a situation where it would be very easy to become negative and pessimistic.
The objective of this session is to give some reasons to be optimistic and will cover the four C’s of business optimism.
- Communication
- Customer
- Cashflow
- Change.
Reintegrating returning employees from furlough is a challenge a lot of businesses will face when the government scheme ends in October. This is an open discussion to encourage businesses to share ideas and solutions to successfully returning staff to the workplace.
There will be an opportunity to post questions in the ‘chat’ during the session.
