This course will take you through the different research options and how to approach them. It will also provide you with frameworks and templates for you to utilise for your business. We’ll look at a number of methodologies including voice of the customer, win/loss interviews, customer evaluations, and many more. We’ll also have breakout sessions and look at case studies to help you put your learning into action, ready to hit the ground running and develop your business with greater consumer focus.
