Ely Informal Networking
Join us for networking and a glass of prosecco to celebrate the launch of the Business & IP Centre and Business Community Hub at Ely Library.
BIPC is an exciting new project which pulls together the library services for businesses. Their service offers free one to one business support, over £5M worth of resources, and a programme of events.
This event further launches a new initiative resulting from collaboration of the BIPC with representatives from our business associations, district council, the Adult Skills Service, education, training and local businesses to provide a new business, employability and skills support for East Cambridgeshire.
Our guest speakers will be Martin Smith, Economic Development Manager of East Cambridgeshire District Council and Adam Steels, Head of Bishop Laney Sixth Form.
Your company doesn’t need to be a member of the Chamber to take advantage of this great opportunity to make new business connections – anyone is welcome to join us.
Take this chance to catch up with familiar acquaintances you haven’t seen in ages, mingle with new business contacts and share knowledge and skills with like-minded professionals.
You will also meet Chamber staff so if your company is considering joining the Chamber, it is a great opportunity to ask about the benefits of membership and discover what you can expect to gain from joining our Chamber network.
This is a joint event with the Ely Cathedral Business Group
