Sarah’s Journey – A Life in Leadership

Sarah Howard MBE, is Chair of the British Chambers of Commerce, Chair of Abbeycroft Leisure, a Governor at West Suffolk College and Suffolk Academies Trust and Founder of a highly successful IT Business. As part of the Cambridgeshire Chamber Leadership Forum, she will share her Leadership Journey and the lessons she has learned along the way.

Sarah will talk about how her thoughtful and caring leadership style has helped her build successful business cultures which revolve around engagement, environment, atmosphere and trust. She will also hone in on balancing work, kids, life as well telling us about the glass ceilings she’s smashed through and how she is helping others, older and younger, to do the same.
