Thinking Outside the Box – The Good Work Charter

Our second ‘Thinking Outside the Box’ event returns – with the topic of being a ‘good’ employer!

Hosted by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) at Delta Hotels (The Marriot), Huntingdon, this roundtable networking breakfast offers a unique opportunity not to be missed.

CPCA are looking to meet with businesses to understand what it really means to do ‘good work’ and to be a ‘good employer’. This event will allow employers to have an open and honest discussion with the CPCA and other likeminded employers across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

The event will start with networking over some tea, coffee and breakfast pastries. You will then hear a short talk from some local employers, each of which have been recognised and awarded for their dedication to employee satisfaction, wellbeing and overall ‘best place to work’.

These employers’ experiences and hard work are great examples of how your business can hugely benefit from employee investment and support.

Claire Paul, Assistant Director of Skills at CPCA will then give an overview of the ‘Good Work Charter’ concept, followed by roundtable discussions.

The event will close with some additional time allocated for further networking.

Book your free ticket now to have your say on upcoming release on the CPCA’s Good Work Charter.
