Walk and Talk in Peterborough

We are pleased to be hosting a Walk & Talk event in Peterborough, in collaboration with PECT (Peterborough Environment City Trust), in the grounds of Nene Park.

Upon arrival delegates will be welcomed by PECT CEO, Stuart Dawks, who will briefly introduce the work of the sustainability charity who are celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2023.

The Walk & Talk will be led by PECT’s Education Lead, Heidi Latronico, who take delegates on a 30-40 minute walk around the grounds of Nene Park, accompanied by other members of the PECT team, who will be on hand to answer any questions delegates may have about the charities work.

After the walk, PECT will host a short networking session at their office, with refreshments. Delegates will hear how the Investors in the Environment Scheme can help them realise their sustainability ambitions, meet key customer requirements with respect to environmental performance and about volunteering opportunities for their staff.

We will be meeting at 3.30pm at the PECT offices for refreshments and heading off on a relaxed, slow walk at around 4.00pm in Ferry Meadows.

A walk in the fresh air is good for everyone so we’re excited to be mixing up our regular networking with a walk in the sunshine.
