Main Role responsibilities – Business Development, cross border payment foreign exchange
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution, targeting potential customers primarily within the UK
• Achieving your personal revenue targets by prospecting and attracting profitable new business to Ascendant
• Retain and expanding the depth client relationships, seeking new business opportunities by conducting professional and effective relationship management
• Act as the point of contact for Clients and Partners with regards to product requests, contracts and where required operative daily issues
• Maintain and keep up to date prospect /client contact activity, including opportunity pipeline within Salesforce CRM
• Continuously evaluate and propose improvements in current sales process
• When needed, facilitate other revenue generating action / opportunities owned and operated by other teams, e.g. the Marketing department
• Participate in and contribute to all relevant industry marketing activities, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetings
