Due to our sustainable growth, we are looking for a colleague to further strengthen our cyber security practice. You will work as part of the small team of seasoned security professionals, which covers customer facing security consulting and supporting lead and principal consultants with Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC), Training and Virtual CISO (vCISO) services.

The role is responsible for performing security assessments, information gathering activities, input into policy and strategy activity and running of and supporting customer workshops and trainings, typically this means:

Performing security assessments against good and recognised security practices
Production of strategy, policies, procedures, standards, and compliance documentation
Building and maintaining a database of reports and analysis templates
User education and awareness training and the production/update of relevant material
Contribution to technical security articles and blogs

To ensure your CV stands out from the crowd, we are looking for a colleague with good written and verbal communications skills and some knowledge and experience of:

Security frameworks and standard such as Cyber Essentials, CIS-18, ISO 27001, DSPT
Incident response and cloud services
Customer interaction and presentation of reports and results of assessments
Conveying security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Applicants must be UK based, ideally based within East Anglia, East Midlands but we will consider locations across the UK for the right candidate.
