As a valued member of the Communications Department, you will use your specialist digital marketing and analytical skills to maximise the Charity’s digital potential.

You will help refine our website, social and email marketing, supporting a wide range of departments and engaging diverse stakeholders, including patients, clinicians and funders. By navigating and interpreting digital analytics in meaningful ways, you will measure, assess, report on and implement changes, improving performance against specific objectives.

This is an exciting new role for the team, in which the Digital Marketing Analyst, will be given the opportunity to harness the power of digital marketing and analysis, to create real impact.

The Charity is currently developing its next five-year strategy and this role will be integral to achieving its objectives, whether these are specific financial targets or less tangible ambitions such as increasing accessibility of the Hospice’s services throughout the county.

The Communications Team’s overall aim is to connect, deepen and inspire relationships which enable meaningful interactions. Together with the Head or PR & Communications, you will be responsible for creating a plan which makes best use of your specialist marketing and analytical skills. You will shape and grow the Charity’s digital profile, support its current communications and marketing, and develop new avenues of promotional opportunity. By training team members and leading by example, you will demonstrate and educate about the capacity of digital analysis and marketing to engender positive change with specific objectives, and for the organisation as a whole.

On a practical level, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing operations, including managing one line report, our Social Media Officer. Within the remit of your role, you will create meaningful reports which effectively benchmark success (or otherwise) and present highlights, such as where the Charity should focus its resources to maximise income or results.

You will plan, implement and monitor paid and organic digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Through effective interpretation of digital data and analytics, you will drive forward effective digital marketing solutions, testing, implementing, flexing and improving plans wherever possible.
