When you join the CityFibre family, you’ll get all the support and opportunity you need to grow your career, learn new skills, and fulfil your potential. You’ll receive a personalised development plan tailored to your role and ambitions, that will help you expand your knowledge and reach your goals. Your Line Manager will help you understand how CityFibre operates as a whole, and you’ll be assigned a Mentor who will also support your progression. And if you’re interested in exploring Management-level opportunities, you can join our highly successful Aspiring Managers Programme and fast track your career.

How can you change it up?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join our team at a pivotal point in our journey, helping us to work towards building a full fibre future through the delivery of localised marketing plans in our Gigabit Cities.

You’ll be wearing many different hats (sometimes over the course of one day!), getting hands on with a variety of projects and activities, giving you the chance to dive in and learn about all aspects of marketing with the ongoing support and guidance from your wider team.

What will you bring to the role?

We have a fantastic marketing team at CityFibre whose expertise and knowledge spans a variety of backgrounds, so if you have a genuine drive to kick start a career in marketing and are hungry to succeed and learn, then our team can provide you with the tools to get there! You’ll have recently graduated with a 2.1 or higher and be able to demonstrate a good basic understanding of marketing, either through work experience or study. Great local insight and knowledge of your region is also a must!

The flexibility to travel as part of this role is important as you’ll be attending a range of exciting events and meetings across the region. You’ll have a driving license and access to your own transport so you’re easily able to get from A to B. However, we’re still keen to hear from you if you don’t yet have access to your own transport, but it’s something you’re working towards soon!

You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and because things move at speed here where quick decisions are made all the time, you’ll have the ability to juggle multiple projects and activities against a tight deadline, keeping organised and prioritising efficiently.

Our unique culture

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity, we believe everyone has a voice and we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for all. Even though we come from different backgrounds and do different jobs, we’re united by The CityFibre Way – our unique code of behaviours that inspires how we think, act and work. We back each other, think smart and act fast, and we’re passionate about giving it our best to build a legacy together.

We’re looking for someone to join the team and get started as soon as possible – this means you’ll already have graduated and be actively looking and ready for a new opportunity. Please make sure to select the region you’re interested in when completing the application form.
