Do let us know of any relevant tools or software you have used- Google apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar - Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, ExcelYou also need to have an excellent standard of written and spoken English. You are not ‘just the admin person’, you’re part of a digital agency known for brilliant content and comms.We also love Trello, CapsuleCRM, Breathe HR and Slack. This is a brilliant admin role if you enjoy being part of a dynamic team and want to help a fast-growing digital marketing agency operate efficiently behind the scenes.

You’ll be supporting our Project Manager and Director, with key duties being:

– Bookkeeping using Xero

– Preparing and chasing invoices

– HR: preparing contracts, calculating leave and keeping admin up to date

– Occasional support to the creative team such as transcribing interviews

– Keeping our customer relationship management system up to date

– Purchasing, from IT equipment to keeping us stocked up on tea and coffee!
