Responsibilities.
PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with clients’ business goals.

Budget Management: Oversee client budgets for paid campaigns, adhering to specified spending and efficiency targets.

Performance Analysis: Analyse, monitor and report on ROAS & ROI for PPC campaigns.

Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling advert copy in line with client audiences.

Ongoing Optimisation: Continuously optimise paid campaigns, leveraging the latest features and updates from ad platforms.

Client Communication: Liaise with Account Managers and clients to review and report on performance.

Reporting: Prepare Looker Studio reports, presenting insights and recommendations to clients.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Evaluate and enhance the online customer journey, focusing on PPC landing pages and checkout flow.

PPC Health Checks: Conduct PPC audits for potential new clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Google Merchant Center Management: Manage Google Merchant Center for PPC clients, resolving feed issues and collaborating with team members to address errors.

Optimisation of client product feeds.

Optimising client tracking setups, including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Meta Pixel.

Requirements
1 years experience within a PPC role or similar position, preferably within an agency setting.

Strong understanding of PPC principles, ad platforms and best practices.

Proficiency in using PPC tools and platforms.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business objectives.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Core Capabilities/Skills
Analytical Skills: Proficient in GA4, conversion tracking, custom reporting, and Excel. Ability to interpret and analyse data effectively.

Commercial Awareness: Understand the financial impact of strategies on Brave and clients, spotting opportunities to drive value.

Proactivity and Innovation: Proactively make suggestions, offer advice, highlight opportunities, and constantly look for ways to improve Brave’s outputs, reports, and processes.

Confidence: Able to confidently liaise with clients and Account Managers to review and report on performance.
