Last week, the Chamber team took part in a training session hosted by Steve Botterill from Resourceful People Group Ltd, and it completely reframed what people often expect from HR-focused learning. The training was vibrant, interactive and engaging – not only was it informative, but energising and practical too.
The session explored how each colleague contributes to the wider team, and how we can better connect, challenge and support one another to succeed. Through discussion, activities and shared reflection, we were encouraged to venture out and explore new approaches – and the whole team came away with valuable insights and clear actions to work on.
