Adeline heads up the LSIP department, responsible for delivering the Local Skills Improvement Plan for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
With a background in sales and dispute resolution, and having spent several years working for a non-for-profit within the financial services, Adeline brings with her an in-depth understanding of the types of challenges SMEs face as well as skills in policy development and stakeholder liaison. She is passionate about fairness and improving socio-economic understanding, believing effective and honest communication is key to removing barriers to progress.
