Claire Vane

Director, Integrated Resources Ltd

Claire Vane has spent the whole of her career as Consultant  in HR and in-house as an HR Director both in the UK and across Europe,  She is passionate about why some organisations are blocked and individuals fail to reach their potential. The thread that binds her work is different mechanisms for releasing potential through interventions in the employee lifecycle from recruitment marketing and branding through search and selection, process re-engineering, HR operations, performance management, reward, strategy execution and HR transformation through organisational design and coaching.

She has spent the last 20 years developing and delivering the Consultancy and outsourcing offerings of Integrated Resources with its team of 13 women (by chance rather than design).

Her business has worked in a huge variety of sectors and her experience in blue-chip organisations has enabled her to apply best practice and growth to clients. She’s particularly interested in the interventions in the spectrum that bring about behavioural change so that individuals improve their performance and achieve a high level of satisfaction.   The team is also focused for about fifty percent of the time on the effective application of employment law, using top-rate know-how as well as psychological effectiveness in applying that know-how, as well as clear and effective drafting.

She particularly enjoys 1:1 coaching to make a difference to the individual and Claire has been coaching senior executives for many years.

Claire read Classics and Modern Languages at Cambridge and is an NLP Master Practitioner. She’s accredited to use a number of psychometric profiling tools and her other great passion is the piano, which she uses to perform to raise money for her favourite charities. She is a governor at the University of Cambridge Primary School.
