James is assistant manager for the firm, based in their Ely office. He has a varied portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies ranging across many sectors. He also has an interest in completing specialist grant reviews for clients receiving funding from companies such as InnovateUK.
He specialises in advising SME’s in all aspects of their business from general day to day queries to more complex needs and has a wide knowledge of various accounting software specifically Sage and Xero. He began his accountancy career in 2010, joined Lovewell Blake in 2016 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2019.
James lives in West Norfolk, and has done so his entire life. Outside of work he enjoys foreign travel, exploring the UK with his wife as well as many sports, with a particular passion for darts and badminton. He is also a keen amateur carpenter and DIY enthusiast.
