She enables organisations to connect their desire for a high performing workplace culture with a strategic approach, to successfully achieve their business aims through inclusive working practises.
Working with organisations of all sizes, across a variety of sectors, Katie partners with senior leaders to address where they are on their own inclusion journey, both personally and professionally. Using a combination of coaching, advising and assessment techniques, she supports organisations to create clear, actionable plans to address their own unique requirements, specific to their own workplace cultures.
