Steve has over 25 year’s experience in the construction industry. Steve has a BTEC National Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical engineering, a BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering Commercial Management and is a Chartered Builder.
Steve started his career in Civil Engineering, building bridges, sheet piling, marine revetment works and network rail contracts before moving into building works with the Lindum Group heading up the commercial team as Commercial Director. Steve has a very good technical knowledge along with excellent commercial skills which makes a big difference when value engineering a project.
Steve has strong experience of working in all sectors of the construction industry including commercial, residential, health, education, food, retail and transport. He has a strong focus on customer relationships, satisfaction and believes supply chain partnering is the route to a quality end product.
Steve’s main focus and vision is to continue to build Probus Construction into a forward thinking Construction business where the team can have fun, be listened to and puts the customer first.
