Stuart Foster
Chief Executive Officer at RECOUP
Stuart has been involved in various business development, research, project and policy activities across the waste, resources and sustainability sectors since 1999. His main role is Chief Executive Officer at Peterborough-based RECOUP – a national member organisation working on plastic pollution, resource efficiency and recycling. Stuart is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) and the RSA. He is involved in various related platforms including the Peterborough Climate Change Partnership and the DEFRA Resources & Waste Strategy Stakeholder Advisory Group, and he chairs a number of groups such as the UK’s Waste Compliance Taskforce, the CIWM East Anglian Centre, and the East of England Plastic Coalition Litter Group.
